Introducing SLKBase

Please check out this exciting resource from my colleague Dr. Stephen Ethier!

“This resource is designed to help breast cancer researchers enhance the power of their research that involves the SUM human breast cancer cell lines by giving them access to all manner of genomic data generated with these cell lines over the years, and to make sure that we are all up to date with the latest published data generated using one of more of the cell lines.”

To access The SUM Breast Cancer Cell Line Knowledge Base (SLKBase) use the following link:

Stephen P. Ethier Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and Director of the Center for Genomic Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina, in Charleston, South Carolina.  Dr. Ethier developed the SUM series of human breast cancer cell lines, which have been extensively used for breast cancer research yielding more than a thousand published studies.
